What we do is important, healing, and magical, but we can’t do it in a vacuum- we need support. I believe the best therapists are in their own therapy and I would love to support you.

Whether you experienced childhood trauma, are reeling from loss, or sustained trauma during childbirth, I will support you to process and heal.
My approach to therapy
I will help you develop healthy and assertive interpersonal skills, learn to be present in the moment with mindfulness, better understand and manage your emotions, and cope with difficult situations.
